为了实现健康梦想，促进大健康产业的发展和进步，寻找国际康养技术的创新理念，技术和康养产业应用成果，建立中国与世界康养学术交流的桥梁，在诺贝尔奖获得者美国伯克利加州大学乔治·斯穆特教授，诺贝尔获得者，挪威皇家科学院院士，爱德华·莫索尔教授和诺贝尔奖获得者苏黎世大学罗夫·辛克纳吉教授，诺贝尔奖得者英国剑桥大学布赖恩·戴维·约瑟夫森教授为首席科学家团队的共同指导下, 受全球华人华商总会，清华大学一带一路研究院，中国老年协会大爱无疆基金会，欧洲生命健康科学研究院，海南省靶向慢病防控与抗衰老研究院，广东省靶向肿瘤干预与防控研究院的委托，由International healthcare academy组成国际康养技术考察团，由中国分子保健、预防医疗倡导者、学术委员会发起人、TE-PEMIC预防医疗技术体系创建者张积仁教授，带领团队先后到美国、加拿大、英国、德国、法国、意大利、奥地利、瑞士、匈牙利、西班牙、波兰、乌克兰、拉脱维亚、澳大利亚、日本、泰国、新加波等国家，大学、医院，研究机构，养生酒店、康养中心、社区诊所、养老院、医疗科技中心、健康产品研发中心、实验室等，进行考察交流学习。整合目前国际上，自然医学、再生医学、补充替代医学、功能医学、运动医学、预防医学、营养医学、康复医学、心理医学、传统医学等最新技术。德国抗衰老细胞靶向分子自然疗法领导者Karl georg Theurer博士，世界抗衰老及神经退行性疾病药物首席科学家、世界NADH 细胞能量疗法创始人、奥地利D.G. 中德友好康养医疗中心申请和审批条件：
● 中德友好康养医疗中心的主任，教授或高级健康管理人员需要到德国医院接受技术培训（至少一人），获得德国慕尼黑Duale medicine医院和International healthcare academy联合颁发的LHCTS培训证书。
● 中德友好康养医疗中心需要承诺可以接受来自欧洲的华人华侨及德国医疗旅游客人来华康养和医疗，并保证为其提供的医疗服务符合（中德康养预防医疗共识）。
● 中德友好康养医疗中心为德国输送的，到德国医疗康养的客人提供全周期健康管理，保证康养和医疗的连续性。
● 中德友好康养预防医疗中心需要定期按要求开展健康教育和康养科普活动，传播健康生活方式，并免费为由项目发起和支持单位在医学中心举办的康养技术讲座活动提供场地服务。
● 中德双方从业技术人员到对方交流访问，学习培训时，均免收对方学习和培训费用
● 德国医疗团队到中心讲学，查房，出诊，研究需要免费提供食宿，交通。
● 中德友好康养预防医疗中心仅仅为双方民间医疗科技学术和技术交流，及为跨境医疗客人提供医疗服务保障，不得从事违背提供服务国家的法律活动，双方不承担对方的政治，经济，法律，商务和医疗责任。
● 申请中国老年协会大爱无疆基金会资助的交流和救助项目，需要通过专家委员会进行技术和学术评审。
