1st international conference on biological therapy and modern cancer treatment, November 16-18 in 1998 and November 19-21 in HongKong, 1998. As chairman of the conference, I invited 35 foreign professors to participate in the conference. My conference report title: Effect of tumor N-glycoside glycoprotein on immunity. To study the expression of N-glycosylated glycoprotein (PHA-associated glycoprotein; ConA-related glycoprotein; LCA-related glycoprotein) in digestive tract tumors, and its significance in diagnosis and evaluation of therapeutic effects，And its relationship with immune function changes in cancer patients

International forum on tumor targetd ablation therapy, 2002

October 24-27, 2002 was held in Beijing. Zhangjiren was the chairman of the conference and the honorary chairman was Academician Wu Mengchao. The Scientific Committee of the General Assembly is composed of 26 domestic and foreign experts. I report on the status of the treatment of cryocare surgical system in China。 The report describes the status and progress of cryotherapy technology in China. A technique for percutaneous puncture treatment of liver cancer and lung cancer was reported firetly.

14Th World conference of cryosurgery  2007

November 3-5, 2007 was held in Beijing. Zhangjiren  was one of the presidents of the General Assembly and invited 39 directors and members of the International Refrigeration Association from abroad to participate. The Scientific Committee of the General Assembly consists of 39 foreign and 25 Chinese professors. 350 participants, I report on the history of Argon Scraper in China。The report describes the development of cryotherapy technology in China. 2th international conference for targeted therapy of cancer 2008

November 7-9, 2008 , 2th international conference for targeted therapy of cancer was held in Guangzhou. Zhangjiren was the Executive Chairman of the General Assembly and invited 15 professors from France to attend. The Scientific Committee of the Congress consists of 15 foreign and 155 Chinese professors. Fifty-seven experts reported at the conference. More than 300 people participated in the conference. the report is on the progress of Chinese cancer-targeted treatment technology. The report describes the progress of China's tumor targeted therapy technology. The microwave ablation technique, radiofrequency ablation technique, cryoablation technique and clinical application of laser ablation technique were compared and analyzed.

3Th international conference for targeted therapy of cancer 2010
October 17-20, 2010, the conference was held in Xi'an, China. Zhangjiren was the chairman of the Organizing Committee of the General Assembly and invited 34 foreign professors to attend. The Scientific Committee of the General Assembly consists of 34 foreign and 145 Chinese professors. Fifty-seven experts reported at the conference. More than 250 people participated in the conference. I report on the progress of individualized treatment under the guidance of tumor markers. To report the scientific value of individualized diagnosis and treatment of tumors, and to analyze the influence of chemical drugs on tumor cell biomarker variation, it is suggested that tumor resistance will be different in different chemotherapy treatment courses.

The first world congress on health Sharing Medical Alliance ( USA cryocare surgical system Union)  2018
On April 1, 2018, the conference was held in Guangzhou, China. Zhangjiren was the chairman of the conference and invited seven members of the International Freezing Society and members of the USA cryocare surgical system Alliance. More than 150 people attended the conference. My report is on the Chinese health industry and the future。Report on the future of China's big health industry development. Put forward the important significance of the establishment of international cooperation. Review the achievements of international cooperation in cryotherapy in China.

International symposium on tumor marker and cancer treatment, 2000
On March 24, 2000, the conference was held in Guangzhou, China. Zhangjiren was the chairman of the conference and invited 6 foreign professors and more than 100 Chinese doctors to participate. The conference theme is tumor marker, gene therapy, immunotherapy, radiation therapy and surgical treatment.

The Fourth International Targeted Therapy Conference, 2012
The Fourth International Targeted Therapy Conference and the First International Conference on Individualized Medical Tumors were held on November 9-11, 2012 in Suzhou, China.zhangjiren was the Executive Chairman of the General Assembly. The conference will set up a branch of the China Refrigeration Society, a respiratory endoscope and intervention site, a precise radiotherapy session for the targeted cancer treatment clinic, and a forum for the construction and individual prevention of breast cancer in China. The title of my speech: Implementation plan for the breast cancer project. More than 300 people attended the conference。Representing the National Women and Children Center and reporting on the multi-center clinical collaboration program for breast cancer in China. Molecular criteria for molecular intervention, molecular warning, molecular diagnosis, therapeutic efficacy and prognosis of breast cancer are discussed. Reported the progress of molecular medicine research on breast cancer from 2001 to 2010.

The first  Congress of the global alliance for preventive medicine 2015
The first Congress of the global alliance for preventive medicine was held in Guangzhou in October 2015.zhangjiren was the executive chairman of the conference. I attended the conference and represented more than 200 people. The conference reached an international consensus on the testing standards of preventive medicine. My report titled TE_PEMIC Chronic Disease Prevention System。 The establishment of the TE_PEMIC chronic disease prevention medical technology system was reported. Several key issues that must be addressed in the prevention and control of chronic disease prevention and control risk: 1. Proteins Variation or heteromorphosis, 2. In vivo exposure and residual exogenous environmental toxins (Environmental toxins, such as Heavy metals, pesticides, toxic chemicals), metabolic wastes and gene mutation detection in the body, 4, immunosuppressive factors, 5, chronic inflammatory factors And established the molecular standard and technical system of TE-PEMIC target evaluation and intervention, providing new research ideas for prevention and control of chronic diseases.
